About

Made in Czechoslovakia is a collection of applied art, industry, propaganda and miscellaneous ephemera.

It spans the years 1918, when Czechoslovakia first gained independence from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, through to 1992, when the country, recently liberated from Communism, split into the Czech and Slovak Republics.

It is a celebration and testament to the high degree of skill and rich culture of former Czechoslovakia.

Content featured on Made in Czechoslovakia is intended for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes such as teaching, research, evaluation and commentary.
